For Candidates: You are responsible for verifying job details, employer legitimacy, and suitability before applying, paying any fees, or sharing sensitive information.
For Employers/Recruiters (if applicable): You are responsible for ensuring listings comply with applicable laws, do not discriminate unlawfully, and are accurate and legitimate.
You agree not to:
Post or submit scams, fraud, misleading offers, or illegal content.
Harvest data (scraping) or attempt to bypass security.
Upload malware or disrupt the Services.
Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
Post content that infringes intellectual property rights or privacy.
We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.
Some Services may be free, while others may require payment (e.g., subscriptions, featured listings). Where fees apply:

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold Remote SG harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by law.
